A healthy start of a new life

The research centre Midwifery Science aims to promote physiological pregnancy and childbirth to foster a healthy start of a new life for children and their parents. We achieve this by conducting and performing interdisciplinary projects and research projects in collaboration with our partners within maternity care, like midwives, care givers, professionals and (expectant) parents.
